It's funny how many people i know (myself included) did not like trump in 2016, but then he started doing a good job and with the way the leftists mercilessly and baselessly attacked him, today i'd say most people i know support him. The left are driving their voting basis away by the hundreds.

If it wasn't for Donald Trump, you wouldn't be on imgflip right now. You would be a slave to Obama, Biden, or whoever. I hope you realize that 98% of democrats want us to lose our freedom. They want us to be their slaves and worship them. but Donald Trump didn't. He let us be free, he let us have opinions, and he let us live by the amendments. And I can definitely guarantee you that Putin, Kim Jon Un, and the other world dictators were scared to death of Donald Trump. Because he wasn't afraid to fight for his rights and he wouldn't of stood by and let Russia attack Ukraine if he was still in office.

The point is: Donald Trump stood for our freedom and whether you like him or not, you can't sit there and say he didn't because that would be a ball-face lie.

"The only freedoms trump is for is freedom that he agrees with. Speech /choice / protest etc...."

That has got to be one of the most ill-informed things you've ever written here yolo. Unbelievable...

"he "love letters" with trump went nowhere."

Yeah, it turned out that way, but if Trump had remained in office, who knows? After all, every other president who took the traditional approach to dealing with them ahs been so successful, that there was no point in trying, right? (that's sarcasm yolo... I feel I must point that out.)

"Ok so to be clear.... you would be in favor of the US directly attacking Russia?"

I certainly won't answer that for LucotIC, but I will say that you have got to have some sort of comprehension malfunction if that is your take on what was posted. Trump intimidated these guys for the simple fact that he might do something to them that they absolutely would not like, and yes, that includes them having the fear that we would attack them directly. Although based on how he used force, I'd say the odds of Trump getting us into a shooting war are quite small compared to what HRC likely would have done, and certain way smaller than what bumblin', stumblin' Dementia Joe and his multiple gaffes have done when it comes to foreign policy.

Well, he has weeded out the warmongers like the Cheneys and exposed the spineless sponges like McConnell. That's a net positive for the party and republicans I speak to are more united than ever, rallied against the leftist system. I'm not seeing any real division at all.

That being said, don't be too quick to celebrate the "splitting up" of the opposition party even if it does happen. It's easy to get wrapped up in a tribal fight, but without a counterbalance either party would become tyrannical quickly. That's just human nature and absolute power corrupts.

Could you expound upon "trumps lies" and the division among those who swallow them or fail to do so? The vast majority of my friends and coworkers have no strong opinions about trump beyond acknowledgement of the comfort and economic stability felt under his presidency. Most are ambivalent as to who should lead the republican ticket in 2024(trump, desantis, cruz, etc...). I simply haven't seen what you describe.

You'll be waiting a while for yolo to respond to your request. Yolo talks the talk, but when it comes to proving anything... well, like I said, you'll be waiting a while.

Sure... Biden "stole the election".

If you are a Repub who does not subscribe to that narrative (or who doesn't pretend to), you are more or less cancelled as a Republican.

Arizona did an audit that was corrupted and the AG requested to see the documents, they never made it to him. Over 230,000 ballots had mismatched signatures... Considering dead people voted I don't think it was an honest election. I mean why the hell would a guy who sleeps all day get elected president after an awful campaign?

I understand this^ is Texas, not Arizona .....but this should be terrifying no matter what side you're on.

Your vote's legitimacy is determined by the OPINION of some guy who can compare it to your signature up to 6 years ago.... And they don't even have to tell you until AFTER the election....nor do they even have to give you the opportunity to challenge them for cancelling your vote.

And as far as dead people voting... Source...?

It's interesting how everyone here ranted about people with TDS for 4 years and yet they seem confused how trump lost. How did Biden win?
1. He's not trump.
2. Covid.

My gawd, this is one of those rare times when we agree about something. They'r enot handwriting experts after all, which is just common sense. Combine that with not telling the ostensibly legitimate voter until after the election, and it's a problem that any clear thinking person should recognize.

Now, if you just took this common sense approach to other voting issues related to potential fraud, you'd be getting somewhere.
0 ups, 2y
I was under the impression Texas was a state taking the common sense approach to voter fraud. Guess not.

I'm sure there were some shady voter maneuvers under the table. I'm also sure there were shady voter maneuvers (by republicans) in plain sight.

During covid, when mail-in ballots were turned in early (because of early voting) duplicate ballots are made. Ballots here in AZ had broken chain of custody, and ballot counting supervisors did not do their jobs.

Again... Source for dead voters... and also for what you just said.

Oh. Tbh I don't know many republicans as I mainly roll in independent and libertarian circles, but I'm surprised that any of them refuse to believe that the election was stolen, that just seems crazy to me. I guess I can see why the division you mentioned would exist.

It's being rebuilt by Trump and Trump conservatives to get rid of the people who won't do anything.

If you are a Republican and you don't like Trump, so you voted for Hillary (the biggest liar and cheater on the planet), you shouldn't be proud of yourself.

"The only freedoms trump is for is freedom that he agrees with. Speech /choice / protest etc...." How exactly is that bad?
1 up, 2y,

It's being rebuilt into a party of yes men. Their policy: agreeing with trump.

I tend to think repubs who didn't like trump simply wrote in a different Republican. Hatred of the Clintons among the Repubs began before 2016. So Repubs who don't like trump probably also don't like the Clintons. Also..... Bill and Hillary Clinton were both in attendance at Trump's wedding reception. So there's that. Some might see them as peas in a pod.... with different labels.

Well for example demanding that Kaepernick be kicked off the field and fired over a peaceful protest is not really supporting freedom....That is basically supporting the republican version of cancel culture. Is that freedom?

He was disrespecting the flag of our great nation. Bill Clinton was the first moderate democrat, Repubs hated Hillary, big difference.

Our great nation has the legal right to burn the flag in protest. (If it's not a fire hazard). Kneeling before it seems pretty tame tbh.

I actually meant the trump's and the Clintons. Rich... liars... Elites... Epstein friends... And so on.

The President of our country said "Get that son of a b*tch off the field" and you're allegedly concerned about setting a bad example for kids....because of the dude kneeling.

If you want to talk about lies, all you have to do is look at what the pathetic mainstream media reports about Trump. Aside from hating Hillary, it was their lies about him back in 2015/16 that convinced me to vote for him. I figured then, as I do now, that if the media and the deep swamp were so dead set against him, and would routinely lie directly to me about what he said in the debates (yes, they would lie about what he had just said when all the "political experts" would recap the debate for those with the inability to comprehend what they had just watched) AND combine that with the fact that he was/is beholden to nobody, then he was the person to vote for. And I was right.
0 ups, 2y
Wasn't really talking about lies in general. More along the lines of trump's election lie splitting the Republican party. Although the impeachment votes are probably also a factor. There's probably a lot of overlap (if not direct mirroring) as far as impeachment voters and those who don't buy into his stolen election rhetoric.

"Make a list of everything Biden has done and blame it on Trump" - The government
4 ups, 2y
It's astounding the lengths they've gone to, in effort to get him for something. The fact He lost to Biden wasn't enough obviously, even after being acquitted twice. My god, He must have some serious dirt on a lot of these people, that's my take anyway.
2 ups, 2y
I wasn’t a fan and didn’t vote for him in 2016. No I didn’t vote Hillary either, but after seeing the rabid attacks by the left including dumb attacks on common sense policies it became clear that this was about something more. Say what you will their are many people who would have backed down and gone away quietly rather than fight. This guy stays in the ring and punches back. F what the lefties say. I would happily vote for him again over any democrap they put up. Down with the globalist Bugeaters Trump DeSantis 2024!
