This is why the Democrats gave the blacks the shortest month of the year to celebrate their history.

Yes I know that Black History Month was signed into law by Republican President Ford. It's just fun blaming everything on Democrats because they are so blamable.....for everything... bad... Besides, Ford didn't invent the bill, he just signed it. Black History Month was created by blacks at Kent State. Blacks gave themselves the shortest month of the year.

That makes sense.
