First, you would want to be in a creative world with absolutely nothing in it. Then using a command (I forgot which) you would place 1 block of wood (or stone, or obsidian, or nether bricks as long as the enderman standing there doesn't get interrupted in any way) then spawn an enderman there. Next, you will shoot an arrow at the enderman and see what happened
