Unlikely. Commercial planes are designed and tested way beyond most stresses it could ever need to realistically handle. Wings can bow to almost 45 degrees before snapping and specifically designed to flex when needed. Realistically if this were real, it would have crashed before parts came flying off.

I honestly don't think so...that looked like a commercial plane, but it was probably a cargo hauler, and maybe military by the coloration. Commercial planes are regularly put through that kind of shakedown in testing and manufacture, including barrel rolls: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-KNbKFMBsQE is just one example...and aircraft are a lot more resilient than people think; military craft all the more so. I kinda suspect this video was real. And given that it looks like high winds were involved, I'm thinking hurricane landing or something. I'm really curious to know more...I just wish I didn't have shit to do today, so I could go hunting online to dig this one up.
