Carbs in general really. I find they stoke my appetite.
I hate it when they sneak artificial sweetener into something. For example, I don;t usually like instant oatmeal anyway but had a craving for maple and brown sugar. So I bought some., That foul taste hit me in the back of the tongue. I read the label and BAM. There it was. SUCRALOSE. Why do we need sucralose in oatmeal? I also bought some Swiss Miss hot cocoa and it was in that, also Sunny Delight, certain yogurts,and other items. They don't put it on the front of the label anymore. You have to read all the labels even if it's something that never had artificial sweeteners before. The taste stays in my mouth for a couple of hours no matter what I do. BLEGH!
