Tell me Raydog because i feel so clueless. lol. I've been on this site for 2 months and i still don't get what a meme week is.

A meme week is when someone decides to make memes of a certain "theme"... i.e. "Batman Week" "Food Week" etc.etc. They promote it and if anyone wants to do memes of that theme, they can...people usually ask a popular user to help promote it so more people can see it and participate. I will usually help someone promote a week IF it's a week that I would participate in.
