Hahahaha so a round earth is just ridiculous but an infinite flat plane of land is perfectly reasonable.

I actually haven't looked into the infinite plane version of the theory. I've mostly been looking into the Biblical enclosed model, so I've assumed that the region beyond the ice wall is just outer darkness

Not entirely. Admittedly there are elevations and declivities throughout the planate. However the 70+ percent of water covering its surface IS flat (i.e. Sea Level) and so are the #AbyssalPlains covering 50+% of the sub ocean floor below. Thus, earth is not a sphere at all. #EarthIsFlat
