If imgflip users would remember that we have a downvote button, it wouldn't be as much of a problem! When someone advertises their stuff onto memes in Hot, the comment should be automatically downvoted (until the comment's hidden), and you shouldn't click on the link to see what they're advertising!

Using popular submissions to advertise your own memes is just disrespectful, no matter who it is.
