Food for though if you ever wanted to powerscale Eevees. Far from sound speed, but still a fairly impressive feat. | So Eevee runs on a moving stream of water in the anime... For a 1' tall creature to run ontop of water, it would need to be running over 30 meters per second, (which is 67 MPH); That is 3 times faster than Usain Bolt, and only 3 MPH less than than the fastest land animal on Earth...
