No vaccinemanufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after October 1, 1988, if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.
Looks quite clear. Also look into "National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program" check out the numbers of people "compensated" for vaccines. "For petitions filed in this time period (2006-2017), 6,253 petitions were adjudicated by the Court, and of those 4,291 were compensated." I would also like to know how many of them are actually US citizens, visited countries with no vaccinations, where in close contact with people coming from other countries, states and cities mapped showing where they had a case. Also how many people have died from persecution drugs taken as directed in the past day, week, month? These Kids and their Anti-Anti-Vaccine crap are just playing sheep to big pharma who has immunity to deaths related to vaccines because they are so safe.
