Whatever you call it, I agree it won't defeat covid-19 on its own. Every defense against covid-19 is leaky, which is why it makes sense to use multiple layers. And I agree 100% that it shouldn't be forced on anybody (which should be clear from my blog post).
I'm not sure why the name is more important to you than what it does, but you don't seem to dispute that it's "something that you can get while healthy that makes it less likely for you to get the disease, transmit the disease, or suffer the worst effects of the disease..."
