Or could it be that the 13% of blacks in the US population account for almost 50% of the violent crime? Possibly, it is a societal problem in black communities rather than racist law enforcement? In any case, the "defund the police" and other efforts to curtail law enforcement has be devastating for black communities; the rate of African American deaths due to violent crime has increased 30% since these policies began to be instituted.
Maybe it has nothing to do with racism and both black and white cops shoot black and white suspects when they are committing crimes and threatening the lives of citizens for cops?
