I think you mean by logic? There is no law saying that anyone who is male is trans dude, plus this conversation was about bathrooms? Just because you are wrong doesn't mean stray to another completely different topic. Being trans isn't something defined by legality, there is no "legally trans" either. Don't spark new conversations if you know you're wrong, just accept the fact that there's enough room in gendered bathrooms for everyone and move on with life.
