But if you want whoever you're talking to just go away, why would you want to search them? If the original intent was to make sure Renee went away, then why didn't the ICE agents focus all their efforts on that?
Violent crimes should be taken care of by the law. But my point is, sure, people entering the US illegally commit a crime since entering our country without authorization is a crime.
