Additionally, since you didn’t specify to ignore air resistance, we’d need the rock’s size in volume and surface area as well as its mass. Also, what of wind speed and direction? Where on Earth did you hit the rock? The distance from the Earth to the moon varies depending on where you are. Rotational inertia would also need to be accounted for. How far is it until you no longer need to account for gravity because the rock has left the atmosphere?
