Not talking about an egocentric perspective but rather a generalistic view. If you give everyone in the world a mask, they will not use it to kill someone, give every person on Earth a gun and you'll see how the killings rise up. It's not a gun problem per se, it's just that most people cannot be trusted with such a powerful weapon.
