my mom made special scrambled eggs and I continue that tradition, it's simple, easy, taste great and you should give it a try. Six eggs or a bit less for some folks. A nice big dollop of UNsalted butter and about half or nearly half of a brick of cream cheese. While all that is softening in the pan, beat up the eggs with a bit of salt to your taste, then add the eggs to the pan. Using a fork mash up the chunks of cheese and keep scrambling until the whole pan load is looking like you like your eggs to look, whether a bit running or harder is your choice, it's all good. The cream cheese adds a lot of creaminess to the eggs without a great deal of flavor, but more like "hints" of taste. I love 'em and hope you do as well.
Add a shredded cheese mix (for flavor, but don't overwhelm the eggs) and (the secret) fresh shredded parmesan cheese with splashes of Frank's RedHot sauce. Add onions, ham, and green pepper as you prefer. And, yes, KerryGold butter is great to cook everything.
