Most of this stuff is kind of risky to somebody who tries to attempt making this that's why a lot of this stuff says don't do this or you probably won't pull it off or yada yada now if I were describing how to make a gyroscope and a guidance system to attach to your solid rocket booster then we'd be talking about weapons
