all three of the competitors are nothing more than a business who only cares about making money not about console loyalty or anything like that.
The real winners of the console wars are the corporations. And the Consumers are the real losers.
m not really that big of a Playstation fan if I am being honest. All I am doing is stating the issues with the Series X and Microsoft as a whole in the gaming industry in recent years.
I will admit Sony and Playstation have their issues too:
High Console price on PS5 Pro that lacks a disk drive and you will have to spend and extra $80 just to buy a disk drive.
Reliance on remasters and remakes of older games
a poor job making older games available
few exclusives on the PS5
these are some problems I have with Sony nowadays.
Generally I play games across a variety of platforms. I don't care about console wars at all.

There are some issues I have with the PS5 it doesn't have many exclusives, they rely a lot on remasters of PS4, only uses some of their IPs such as Last of Us and God of War while a lot franchises such as Infamous don't get much of a chance to shine anymore. Even Sony themselves have admitted they have run out of ideas.
And as for Nintendo they can get greedy at times such as the increase in prices with the Switch 2. They are also overly protective of their IPs. This can be seen when they shut down fan games and ROMS of older games they made that are only available on overpriced deals or require a crappy online service to play some of their games. They are also behind the times interns of online play.
All I am saying is I have issues with all three of the big consoles manufacturers and none of them are perfect and I would not label myself as a "fanboy" as now I play on a variety of platforms.
The Xbox Series X has been selling less than the competition
It has very few exclusives if at all
Games on it have to to be scaled back to run on the Series S. Either resulting in games being delayed or skipping the platform.
Microsoft had the great idea to increase the price of the consoles and the games five years in the generation.
Microsoft has been buying out all these companies and IPs but instead of using one to make a killer exclusive to the console they make their games multiplat and in some cases shut down the studios they acquire such as Arkane and Tango. They have also reported mass lay offs.
Microsoft this year alone has made both Forza and now Gears of War available on Playstation.
