i don't think it's racist to understand the basic reality that we're all vastly different - it's something we can see everyday, and we're lying to ourselves to deny that because of ideology. we're not equal. we have equal rights, and should be provided equal opportunities. that being said, even with equal rights and opportunities, you will see that people will get completely different results.
Of course is a dictatorship. A left wing dictatorship, like the largest majority in history. A state dictatorship is almost by definition, left wing. The extreme version of Right wing is individual chaos - it canțt be state led dictatorship.
