I know you think you understand what you thought I said but, you don't realize what you heard is not what I meant.

Nazi Punks F Off in politics

Amiga... Thank you. Born and Raised in Los Angeles 56 years.(Polish, Portuguese, Irish, Nakota).

Make America Great Again? Which era was great without flaw? Again, meaning prior... So the 60's and 70's when women could not vote in all states. When women could not have a bank account or credit card without their husbands or fathers signature? When police harassed everybody? Bro trucks today would be ticketed or confiscated for breaking headlight height rules, tire width rules tint rules and every set of truck nuts would be seized and the driver thrown in jail for indecent behavior...

The 80's when we had nuclear sirens and drills in school? When public bombings were a regular thing, especially for Churches and Family Planning clinics? When you could be arrested for profanity or using vulgarity in public? When it was okay to detest our soldiers and kick them to the curb after having served in Vietnam? Cutting federal budgets for mental health facilities like state hospitals, that actually house all the mentally ill and drug addicted people who currently reside on our streets. (Thank you Regan Republicans) When catsup was actually considered to be a vegetable in school lunches and counted as such for budget cutting purposes. When smoking in school as a student was okay? When balding men were unsexy and gross? When home schooling wasn't allowed? When administrations passed the laws that made it okay to spray poison on our food supply? When leaded gas was legal and causing birth defects?

Which part of AGAIN do people mean? or do you mean when white men could be dickheads without repercussion? When police could beat people for having the wrong skin tone. When businesses could work people to the bone for minimal pay. aka energy production, oil and coal and the "Company Store"?

I'm the Patriot who fights for equal rights for all, who understands the ramifications to the economy for deleting cheap labor. For allowing access to all faiths and their abilities to have prayer in public school.

America never stopped being great. Only those who now understand what it is like to be marginalized are trying to convince everybody else, they have a better plan.

This is literally an illiterate statement about the punk movement. This statement is laughable.
I hope you don't quote the bible with the same approach to understanding.
The overwhelming majority of the punk subculture strongly rejects Nazism and fascism. Songs like Dead Kennedys' "Nazi Punks F**k Off" exemplify this clear stance.

"Anarchists -- which is what punks were" Is like saying "Democrats- which is what gays are" or "Republicans- Which is what Christians are"

Nothing is as simple as simple people like to make it, and in general, incorrectly.

While there's a strong association between punk and anarchism, it's not accurate to say that all punks were or are anarchists. The relationship is complex and multifaceted.

Most of the scene, 1984 and forward were
Anti-Establishment and Anti-Authoritarianism: A core tenet of the broader punk subculture is a general anti-establishment, anti-authoritarian, and anti-corporate stance. This often aligns with anarchist principles, even if not explicitly labeled as such. Punk's DIY ethos, rejection of mainstream culture, and questioning of authority resonate deeply with anarchist ideas of self-organization and liberation.

Anarcho-Punks are a specific sub-genre of punk rock that explicitly promotes anarchism through its lyrics, ethics, and actions. Bands like Crass, Conflict, and Subhumans promoted direct action, pacifism (though some groups did not), animal rights and anti-consumerism. This was popular in the 70's with the emergence of Punk as a scene and was rallied around by bands like the Sex Pistols, working class blue collar laborers and the song "Anarchy in the UK".

There are diverse political views. While anarchism is a significant thread, the punk subculture encompasses a wide range of political views, such as Left-leaning but not strictly anarchist, apolitical, and rejection of Nazism/Fascism. Some early punks (often for shock value) might have incorporated provocative symbols, the overwhelming majority of the punk subculture strongly rejects Nazism and fascism. Songs like Dead Kennedys' "Nazi Punks F**k Off" exemplify this clear stance.

Anarchism is undeniably a powerful and influential ideology within punk, especially within the "anarcho-punk" sub-genre, it's not the sole political belief system held by all punks. The punk subculture is characterized by its diversity, anti-authoritarianism, and a general spirit of rebellion against the status quo.
"Anarchy" as a Broad Concept: For some early punks, "anarchy" in songs like "Anarchy in the U.K." was more about a general sense of chaos, rebellion, and a desire to dismantle the existing order.

Captain Obvious would have a difficult time with this subject.

In fact, lead singer Brian Johnson has expressed a strong anti-political stance, stating in interviews that he has never voted in a US election and believes that all politicians are "cretins."

It's worth noting that in a 1991 interview, Angus Young jokingly referred to their song "Mistress for Christmas" as being about Donald Trump.

live through the Regan and Bush administrations and you would feel differently. and if your only argument is that he is better than Biden, both admins are lame. 2 nazis of the same coin. Our country can do better.
