Moses taught nothing, as he is a mythological character according to bible scholars and didn't exist. Fasting also does not "cure" cancer through autophagy. In oncology, it is being researched exclusively as a potential supportive measure to make established therapies, such as chemotherapy, better tolerated or more effective.
Also what's th reasoning here at all? "God" created autophagy so he might cure us from diseases he gave us in the first place?
No evidence has ever been presented other than dogmatic stances, circular arguments or infinite regressions. In fact, there is a hard philosophical problem called "divine hiddenness", exactly based on the fact that god does not show himself even to people who are looking for him.
