Insulting. The man himself is insulting to the rest of the world; his insistence on nationalism and restarting fossil fuel burning facilities is most without doubt 'dumping' on the rest of the planet. What's your point? To the rest of the world that ISN'T the US, he sums up the discontent of the scientists, island dwellers, farmers, politicians, ordinary citizens and everyone else. He IS our voice.
