I am saying that no one looks at someone who is Irish as part of the current discussion of DEI. Only POC are thought of when it comes to Diversity discussions nowadays.
Dude went back in history to add himself in a discussion about diversity TODAY. One that has nothing to do with either him or the Irish. Neither will be denied a job for having an ethnically related name.
