Jiraya is a doctor who works in the ruins (which has sort of been turned into a mini hospital for the rebellion) and he mainly works with children and even works to calm them down and keep them happy while they recover
He doesn't often join battles as he's rather unconfrontational but he is rather strong and has powerful thunder magic
Due to being a vampire he can't directly be in sunlight but he still does like the looks of sunrises and sunsets
He's in a relationship with Sirius (Underlunar!Starlo)
1: Made the flowers in their hair a heavy red shade to make them look bloody
2: Following that last one, most shading on them is red to resemble both blood from their death and how they were brought back via Schnoops (Underlunar!Frisk) DETERMINATION
3: Made the halo look like it's stable while still falling apart since they never actually reached the afterlife and weren't the best person
4: Star looking thing on the halo was made to look like a save point as they're part of the reason Schnoop can use save points
5: Left pupil looks like a red heart to show that they're connected to Schnoop via them both having strong SOULS of DETERMINATION
