Even if this statistic was accurate, this means Covid 19 has a LESS than 2% death rate among the entire population including the elderly. The elderly and those with pre existing conditions are the people at risk. Healthy, school-aged people should not be throwing away their hands-on education and mental health for a disease that gives their age catagory mild symptoms and hardly ever death. We should focus on taking precautions for people that can be killed by the disease.
