Same opportunities under the law? Put a white guy and a black guy into an interview for the same job with the same experience level and education. Guess what, black guy will win every time. That said, isn't affirmative action in itself........racist? Aren't incentives for companies to hire black people racist when we are to be considered "equal under the law?" White people are the new racial target when it comes to opportunities. White people are, in a sense, the new minority.

And we have an employee that gets continuous customer complaints and hasn't been fired because he's already made racist claims after they gave him his first warning. White people get canned after 2 complaints where I work and this guy seems to be a problem child on purpose just to spark a racial lawsuit. They just cut his hours to 10 a week.
