Starving child in fun

Now you need to ask the following questions: does good know EVERYTHING? Everything that ever has happened, everything that is happening, and everything that ever will happen? If so, then God knows every choice you will ever be faced with and every decision you will ever make. Therefore, free will is an illusion. There is no way to reconcile an all knowing god with free will. Either he knows everything we will ever do or he doesn't know EVERYTHING.
So god already knows that countless millions of innocent children will suffer and die. He not only allows it to happen, he causes it to happen. It's all part of his "perfect plan."

I've read the bible. That's what made me an atheist. The OT reads like a horror story; God commanding his people to wage perpetual war, stone people to death for collecting firewood on the sabbath, rape, plunder, and smash babies' heads against rocks. Go ahead and tell me that I'm taking it out of context.
The NT tells contradictory stories about a man/god for whom their is no verifiable contemporary evidence. Try reading David Fitzgerald's "Nailed: Ten Christian Myths That Show Jesus Never Existed at All".
Here's a question for you: if you knew that your neighbor was about to rape, torture and kill a young child, wouldn't you stop him? God knows, God has the ability to stop him but chooses not to. Why is that?
