If you use certain words it gets flagged for some kind of review. I've used various words that apparently do that and it takes maybe 12 hours to show up...at 4am
When I block out the words its fine
And it absolutely would have on the grounds that they must already know whose on the list.
You don't desperately avoid discovery and plea bargains for a customer list unless you already know who the customers were and don't want the names said outloud.
Zero doubt the bulk of the list are democrats... Holier-than-thou virtue signaling ones especially
