I used to be like that. I can advice you a few things:
- You need to think of you like the main character of the world, the others talking on you doesn't matter, because the are only npc.
- Always make sure that everyone is listening to you when you talk, even if you had to start talking loud.
- Watch the steps of the people who are talking with, if your feets are in the circles of your feets, then you can talk, it means you are part of the group, or part of the conversation.
