Criticising Islam is not racism, but discriminating against Muslims because they are Muslims is bigotry. I think it's healthy to criticise religion, or any all-encompassing dogma that has a negative and possible destructive hold over people's lives (e.g. free-market fundamentalist neoliberal capitalism) and to engage in argument and debate with those who follow them, but it's not right to generalise, be prejudiced or oppress them.
