Yes, Red and I have had a significant fallout, and I acknowledge that I have made satirical jokes or comments mocking his characters (such as mocking "Super Pretztail" for the fact he doesn't kill). Those jokes were intended as jokes, the mockeys were in a channel titled "Roasts" on the original JACD Discord Server that if I remember right that he had deleted a year ago, and I have also attempted to communicate with him professionally when the situation became more serious, only to be called a "Coward" and that "I am deflecting" for distancing myself from him.
However, the message being presented as evidence against me is the part I do not condone. The screenshot being circulated does not represent what I actually sent. I have the original message available, and I am willing to provide it to the appropriate owners/moderators so that it can be compared directly with the screenshot.
I am not asking anyone to simply take my word for it. I am asking that the original conversation be examined by the streams mods, before conclusions are made about what I supposedly said.
I also agree that disputes between communities should not automatically affect someone's status elsewhere. That is precisely why I believe this should be handled based on verifiable evidence and the rules of this community rather than claims made by either side of this situation, I don't intend to continue arguing about this publicly beyond providing the relevant evidence. I would rather have the situation reviewed by the people responsible for moderation and then move forward, with Red distancing himself from the JACD Stream, and me resuming posting TZ related posts and updates on the TZDopm mod I have been working on.
