What is a mainstream Muslim group to you?? And you haven't been paying attention to them then. I don't know a single Muslim that supports terrorist. You're not using the same energy for anything else in life. You're focused on radical views and not looking at it through how people work. If you acknowledge its only 1%, then your argument doesn't stand
That's not true at all, most Muslims condemn extremist and will say again and again "That's not real Islam. It's about peace, not violence". You're making stuff up. You're generalizing and grouping people up as if they're a hive mind. Not even thinking about how not all white people are the same, not all black people are the same, not all Christians. So why are you being contradictive with your views, just because you're Muslim? You're using your pattern recognition wrong. You watch the news too much. Didn't stop to think maybe third world countries had different standards and that it has nothing to do with the religion? Islam is the religion of peace. Yet people still commit violents in its name. Also Muhammad was a prohet and child marriage was the norm back then in society. Doesn't make it right, but that's how it was. You're being contradictive and ignoring facts and common sense. There is no agenda or whole group of violent people, aside from actual organizations that do just that.
Islam has nothing to do with terrorism. That's common sense. It's extremist you're talking about and sometimes people use religion to try and justify their groups. Saying you don't know any Christian terrorist is a false equivalency.
Either way I can name a few Christian terrorist organizations:
1. The Army of God
2. Eastern Lightning, a.k.a. the Church of the Almighty God
