I have autism and adhd and bot of them have different needs. usually i can work around both of them but there are 2 things they cant get along with. 1. autism hates change but adhd loves change. so when thange is happening, my brain is stuck in an endless loop of loving and then hating the two until it eventually drives me insane. 2. adhd loves getting dirty and autism hates it. so when i have the choice to get dirty i dont but i also feel laft out and sad. 3.
