So then if you could fit every Pokémon on the 3DS games, and you were just going to reuse their assets anyway, *AND* you could have had an online download for anything else you wanted to include, like other large games include, then Sword and Shield should have every Pokémon in it, right? Makes sense to me. There wasn't enough space, and we wanted to make sure the models and animations looked right because we were remaking them from scratch...
