No sans of topic, but a Mettaton of topic (AKA Mettatopic) | Guys, I think I figured out a way to delete your genocide progress entirely (and by that, I mean that NO system_information_962/3 is left in the save folder). If you have system_information_962/3 in your Undertale saves folder, create a file with the same name as the aforementioned file, place system_information_962/3 in it, and prevent the system from reading the folder. Open the game, and the game now thinks you don't have the file(s). Then, WITHOUT OPENING THE GAME, grant your access back to the folder, and delete it. If you open the game now, the file is not reloaded, since the game already noted that you haven't completed the Genocide route.
