an important and key component to be able to successfully committing tax evasion is having a bank account in which the IRS cannot trace back to you. this way, they cannot use your banking as a resource to determine your owed taxes.
step 2 : not filing an w-2 form or an 1099 form. the irs almost entirely relies on the information given to them by your w-2 or 1099 to determine your yearly income and how much money you actually have at the end of the year. if they find unmatching statistics within your filed w-2s and 1099s, they will most likely file an audit; and possibly discover how much you actually have and make annually. but if you do not file your forms at all, they do not know how much you really make. missing these forms, they will not know how much you actually owe them, and therefor your return will be swept up in their records. having not turned these forms in, their only other way to determine your owed return is with your banking service. but if your banking service is off shore and/or untraceable to you, they have no way to determine how much you owe in taxes. You can correct me on anything I got wrong on here. I personally am not required to file tax returns, being under the age of 19, and do not make over $12,900 anually.
