All the cell's walls must be covered in reinforced tungsten with a Reinforced Vault Door; SCP-988659, or "Mr. X", is a sentient humanoid being, discovered in a underground facility in the ruins of Raccoon City, a small town infested with undead entities exactly 5,000 meters from Site-32. The entity stands at 7 feet tall 3 inches wide, making it the second tallest SCP in our records alongside SCP-096, "The Shy Guy" and SCP-173 "The Living Statue". SCP-988659's complexity is nearly identical with SCP-096, with no body hair on any part of the specimen, with a light grey skin tone. The specimen also appears to wear clothing like a human, with a dark grey duster jacket, a dark grey fedora, dark grey gloves matching the duster, and black combat boots. As of yet, the only anomalous effects of SCP-988659 is that the subject cannot go down with conversational weaponry, being able to sense other targets in the vicinity, and being able to instantly kill anyone who is in it's coordinated path. The specimen has also breached containment a grand total of 190 times and killed 210 staff members all in a matter of 2 weeks, completely dethroning SCP-682 of "Most Breaches" and "Most Staff Killed in Containment Breach". SCP-28991, or "The Ink Bottle and Quill" as it is more-so known throughout the facility, is a 16th century Ink Bottle and Writing Quill. The quill itself appears to be made from a eagle feather, with the bottle made from a black ceramic material and the letters "F.W" engraved on it's side. It was located and discovered in a old hut outside of London, dating back to "The London Fire of 1666". The bottle itself has no anomalous effects whatsoever besides that when it runs out of ink,it refills itself, but the quill does, as whatever the quill has written, it will become a reality. The quill has proven that is it very useful in multiple situations, but it's only downside is that it is dangerously "literal".
