It seems to have a head, acting like there is bone and muscle, yet scans indicate the inside is all empty. The SCP is in a state of constant anxiety, muttering phrases such as "Why am I so tired?" and "Everyone is acknowledged but me.". It's voice is a frail whisper, and lures victims with a bright blue balloon seemingly coming out of nowhere. When a victim is close enough, it hovers above them and consumes them in the sheet. When the victim is let out, they are also put in a constant state of anxiety. They can have other feelings, stated by the SCP itself, but tests concluded that it is extremely difficult to make them feel a positive emotion.
