Custom Images take much longer to feature than memes created with core/site templates. NSFW memes do not get as much exposure, since the NSFW filter is unchecked by default (and of course, some people do purposely filter them, when at work, or otherwise). This stream is dedicated to Custom NSFW memes that probably went unnoticed. I'm also just trying out this whole "stream" thing. Enjoy!
