Let me say this first, I am not attacking Jying this is a brilliant meme! But how in the f**k does imgflip determine what is safe for work and what is not?

I wish I knew what to tell ya, it's as random as anything about this site as far as I can tell.

Yeah don't know what to say there hahaha! I think it depends on which mod checks them or if they get checked at all. Some things have to be flagged first I guess.

Yeah... The funny part is these were 5 posts apart on the latest. It just sucks that getting unfairly marked NSFW basically exiles great memes like these (excluding the Deadpool one) from making front page.

I've seen a few on the frontpage, but you're right it does limit how many people see them.

That's how I started out, used to be my comments got more upvotes and views than my featured memes. Still happens sometimes lol. If all I cared about was the front page I'd be insane trying to figure it out by now. I make stuff I think is funny and just see what happens ;)

No what he did is offensive, us making fun of him for it I don't believe is. Some people might say, oh you shouldn't joke about rape. And they are right it's not rape I am making fun of, it's a nasty ol dude that should be in jail. I can't personally put him there, but I can make him look like an ass in a meme. The last couple I did were funny people and the aliens one, neither one got much attention if I remember right. Might have been bad timing or people are just tired of them idk. I'm sure I'll do more later on down the road and see if they do better then.

I saw an even more ridiculous one on Latest last night. Let me see if I can dig it up.

So I made a meme that had the word "sex" in it. The way it was used in the meme was not offensive at all, but the word was still in it. The mods don't look at how the "naughty" words are being used (the context of the words), but rather just the fact the "naughty" word was used.

There are ways to get around it, though.
