The reasonable expectation of privacy is lost as soon as that message is transmitted over public spectrum. In other words you're Apple your argument is moot.
I didn't make an apple argument; the opposite in fact. I said 1. There is no such thing as a right to privacy; and 2. If there was, it wouldn't apply to dead people.
I agree totally with you. I see why you misunderstood, I was tired and the first your should have been deleted when I retyped the ending. It should have read "Apple, your point is moot" and I think it would have sounded more in agreement.
