Agreed, but hey, walmart at least have self checkout. If you want a cashier, wait your turn. They can only go so fast. If you have time to shop, you have to time to be patient and show respect. I agree those lines can get long, but customers do STUPID things every time they shop that slows everything down when they shop. Wake up and realize that although walmart can improve more, they are beating the crap outta safeway, albertshits and krogers. They are one of the only food places to actually train employees on good customer service AND keep low prices. Albertshits DOES NOT train. I doubt safeway or kroger does either AT ALL AS WELL as costs WAY more. Again walmart isnt perfect, but you gotta give cred to them for striving where other companies dont.

A very good post and I agree with it. I always use the self checkout even if there is an idle checker at an empty lane. I can get checked out faster on my own.

Remember, you supposadly PAY MORE at albertshits, krogers, etc for better customer service, but that WONT HAPPEN with UNTRAINED employees. Walmart sometimes EVEN TREATS EMPLOYEES BETTER! YES YOU HEARD ME! WAY BETTER TREATMENT THAN ALOT OF OTHER STORES! THEREFORE HAPPIER EMPLOYEES, BETTER SERVICE!
