The best way I know of to get your stuff seen on imgflip is to make funny comments on front page memes. It doesn't guarantee that your memes will become popular, but at least then the people who visit the front page will see any funny meme comments you make.

The other advice I would give you if you want to improve your memes is to go to the Top 100 page, pick a random user from the leaderboard, and go through their memes.

It can be a bit discouraging to see so many people with memes that are funnier than yours (at least it feels like that for me), but it's definitely worth it, because it gives you a feel for what kind of things work and what doesn't work. Plus if you find a user whose humor you like, you can have a lot of fun reading their memes.

That's probably the best advice I can give you, if you want to get better at meme-making, and can spare the time to go looking.. Find users whose humor you like and look at a lot of their memes.
