Stalin didn't kill people because he was an Atheist. He killed because he was paranoid and trying to keep his country under control through threat of death.

Atheism probably can make people "do evil actions" in the same way people do many stupid things for stupid reasons but it's not the fault of the lack of something that's a cause. North Korea isn't killing people in the name of not having a name to kill people in. They're killing people for not thinking as they do like religious attacks.

I don't see how that's any different than "if you're not a Christian, I'll kill you" or "if you're not a Muslim I'll kill you."

The point of this meme is not that athiesm is bad, it is that the claim that athiesm is better than religion because no one has ever killed in the name of athiesm, is bull shit.
There are good Christians and bad Christians. There are good Muslims and bad Muslims. There are good athiests and bad athiests.
But no bad Wiccans, Wiccans rock.

I also don't see how that hypothetical person is any different to the others but this moves the claim so that it's not claimed in the name of atheism, not the cause of atheism and not necessarily said by a atheist.

To the claim of "bull shit": Atheism is better in the regard that no one has killed in the name of not having a name to kill people in. People can claim to have such reasoning but that doesn't make the nonsensical claim true. Killings happening by people outside of those with religious motives doesn't mean the lack of such motives where the motives. E.g. Being a stamp collector can be a motive to touch paper but if your meme said "If non stamp collectors say 'Not stamp collecting doesn't make people touch paper' why do non stamp collectors touch paper?" you would hopefully see a flaw.
