He had his hands up at one point, but dropped them and it looked pretty clear to me in the video that he was reaching for something, if he'd have kept his hands up he would have been fine.

The "peaceful protester" fled a traffic stop, tried to drive around a police roadblock, and was reaching for a gun when he was shot. Video has been released, no doubt it was a justified shooting.

The reaching for the gun is what the FBI claimed.

Hard to tell in the vid they showed. But, some say his hands were up in air. Hard to reach for a gun with hands in air. But, I didn't see a close up.

Could be...but where is that closeup video. Does anyone have the link?
