Ha! My cousin is on his second stint in the can. This time for making and distributing meth. But according to his mother who is bat shit crazy believes "he was set up" and was coerced and influenced by some skank.

Lol, like the moms of rapists & murderers who swear that the system is just 'after her baby'.....

Uhhh yeah. It's our job to protect INNOCENTs from people like your 'baby'

Oh hell yeah! I have experience dealing with youths on the wrong track, I tried over years to reach him. He was a good kid from a musical family, but his mother is the worst mother I knew. A slight case of Affluenza in that family. They've lost alot of friends because of their children, and moms denial. I feel for my uncle cause he werks way hard and they will put him in an early grave.

Yes, yes I do :/ Palin blames Obama for her son's actions. I thought the Republican party was about personal responsibility, not blaming someone else for things which you can fix for the most part by herself :/
0 ups, 8y
*yourself my bad. I think she could've fixed her son's problems by herself as she used to be a governor. Idk, just my thoughts :L

80-90% of the people on here are far right wing conservatives that don't like the truth when it's inconvenient for them.
0 ups, 8y
I hope that's just an exaggeration, surely there's a more fair balance :/ While the truth hurts sometimes, I have to accept it. While it does make being consistent more difficult, it gives us better results.

All my children were taught to respect their elders and people of authority.. Both my youngest are black blacks in uechi ryu karate and nothing but yes sir, and no sir comes from their mouths when addressing folks... We need more discipline for our children it won't kill them.

It's just respectful. . I was taught it.. it didn't hurt me.;)
3 ups, 8y
It could annoy them though. If someone is using too many manners around me, I get pretty annoyed. But thats just the way I am

So there are those in every profession that abuse that which goes with it. Does that mean no one is worthy of respect or at least common courtesy other than the unemployed?

And then they have reasonable suspicion. Best to say "yes, officer" or "yes, sir" and then keep your mouth shut. That makes it easier and faster for both of you. (Unless, of course, they ask to search you/your car/your house without a warrant.)

IKR... ! kids abuse parants and teachers now days!
3 ups, 8y
I live in a area were if you yell at a kid wrong the kid just calls family services and they tell you that you should not be yelling st the kid
3 ups, 8y
Mine still got a rap on the ass up until about 4 or 5. After that they were more interested in listening because they knew the alternative so spankings weren't needed anymore. The only way that works however is teaching through example and teaching proper manners, respect etc..., and not just hoping it happens.

Making excuses for kids bad behavior or crimes,... is enabling the kids and encouraging them! IMHO! My dad is old,... but would still kick my ass!
