I know me too...so what I just started doing was, I made a folder for submitted memes, when I get an idea, I immediately make the meme, then I save the image in that folder and when I'm ready to submit...I just go to that folder and pick one and remake it brand new...I had to start doing that cuz being a stoner, I've lost count of how many good ideas I have forgotten...LOL
