This is one of the funniest I've ever seen. I mean, Biden always looks that way. Commander in Chief looks that way when his gun control bills fail like they always do... but man you just went above and beyond!

I'm on my phone, and don't always have unlimited data to post on EVERY meme. I comment the ones that really get to me.
