He had duel citizenship, but no longer is a "Canadian." He's actually an American who has a Mother who was born in the United States and a Father born in Cuba. I was born in Spain, but am not a Spaniard as my biological Father was in the Navy at the time and was stationed there. I am still an American by law.

Mother born in America, Father born in Cuba. He was born in Canada because his parents were running an Oil business there. I'm reading his book right now. Incredible how much he has accomplished.
